Aqui se apresenta uma verdadeira estrela, numa alusão ao tão aguardado desfile de estrelas, que sempre caracteriza a cerimónia de entrega dos Óscares da Academia de Hollywood, no próximo domingo.

Este ano, reina uma grande indefinição sobre quem será o vencedor da estatueta, para a categoria de Melhor Filme.

 

Por aqui, temos um palpite...

O vencedor deverá ser o filme, sobre a vida de alguém, que em tempos afirmou:

"Quase todos os homens são capazes de suportar a adversidade, mas se se quiser pôr à prova o carácter de um homem, dêem-lhe poder." (ABRAHAM LINCOLN, 1809 - 1865)

Com efeito, «Lincoln», um filme sobre os últimos meses, da vida deste Presidente norte-americano, que aboliu a escravatura, parece-nos ser o filme que poderá reunir o maior consenso da Academia.

 

Que vença o melhor!

Na próxima segunda-feira, veremos se a nossa aposta estava certa...

Here, we present a real star, alluding to the highly antecipated Hollywood stars parade, which always characterizes Oscars night.

The event will take place next Sunday.

This year, there is a great indefinition about who will win the Oscar for the Best Picture category.

Here, we have a guess about which film will be the Oscar winning film...

We believe the winner will be the film about the last months of life, of someone who once said:

"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." (ABRAHAM LINCOLN, 1809 - 1865)

In fact, «Lincoln», a movie about the last months of this North American President, who abolished slavery, seems to be the film that, apparently, could get the Academy's preference.

Let the best film win!
