Parece que ainda foi ontem... e cá estamos de novo, prestes a fazer por aqui, a nossa pausa habitual, até ao final do Verão... para carregarmos baterias... e os cartões de memória, das nossas máquinas fotográficas.

E porque as despedidas são sempre necessárias, antes de nos encontrarmos de novo... deixo-vos um grande pensamento, bem a propósito...

Carregando baterias... / Charging batteries...

It seems like it was yesterday... and here we are,  just about doing here again, our usual break during the Summer... to recharge batteries, and memory cards from our cameras.

And because farewells are always needed, before we meet again... I leave you with a great thought, well suited...

In coffee we trust...

O café, doce ou amargo... tal como a vida... deve ser apreciado, até à última gota, e em boa companhia, de preferência... tal como a vida...
E tal como a vida... serve-se quente, e com um sabor intenso.
Talvez seja por isso, que a vida sempre parece começar... depois de um bom café...

The coffee, bitter or sweet... as life itself... must be enjoyed, to the last drop, and in good company, if possible... as life itself...
And as life itself... must be served hot, and with an intense flavor.
Perhaps that is why, life always seems to begin... after a good cup of coffee...

So, I decided have one too.

And share it, with some of my closest friends... shoes, which always go with us... everywhere!

Dividido entre a curiosidade, o receio, a inocência, e a vontade de agradar, este simpático bichinho, lá se deixou fotografar por mim, permitindo que eu captasse o seu olhar hipnotizante...

Ficámos simplesmente fascinados, com o olhar um do outro...

Aparentemente não ficou assustado, pois resolveu seguir-me por um bom tempo, num passeio à beira mar (no meu lugar de eleição, do costume... vocês já sabem onde...).

E tão inesperadamente conforme apareceu, junto à praia... também assim desapareceu... mesmo no final do passeio.

Torn between curiosity, fear, innocence, and the willingness to please, this friendly little animal, let me take a photo of it, allowing me to capture its hypnotic look...

We stayed simply fascinated, looking at each other...

Apparently, it get not scared, deciding to follow me for a walk, for quite a while, by the seaside, at the time (you all know where already...).
And as suddenly as it appeared by the beach... it disappeared like that too... even by the end of the walk.
